Cindy really cared that I made an informed decision that I would not regret down the line. She recognized that as a first-time homebuyer there were certain things that I might not appreciate on a tour, but would really make a difference several years in and she was quick to highlight those. She never pushed my set budget, and was very transparent about houses that were worth their price-tag and perceptive to houses that would need a lot of work (especially when it was not obvious at first glance).
